Cancelations

Confirmed bookings can be cancelled up to 3 days prior to the event, without any cost, except for any costs already made to 3th parties.
When cancelling within 3 days and 24 hours before the event, 35 euro cancellation costs will be charged.
When cancelling within 24 hours before the event or in case of a no-show, there will be no refunds.
In the event of failure of the decreasing party, the claim will be taken over by a collection agency. All additional costs will be deducted from the decreasing party.

Own risk and weather conditions

Participation in our tours is done at own risk of the participants. Sunshine Tours or any of its affiliates can not be held liable for any physical damage or damage or loss of personal property of its customers.
Bad weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation, with the exception of the Caminito del Rey Tours where access can be denied by the organisation due to weather conditions.
